The purpose of the study is  to obtain information from individuals with spina bifida on the impact of symptoms of this condition on everyday life.

The study consists of 4 questionnaires that participants will be asked to complete. It is expected that it would take approximately 1.5-2 hours. The questionnaires will ask you about yourself and your health related to spina bifida. If you agree to participate, your health records will be viewed for research purposes.
