arm reps are the bomb!
When I am sitting at my desk on a conference call at work, I do reps with my arms and neck muscles and shoulder shrugs. I try to out-do myself at each sitting (do more reps with each set of muscles). This helps me from getting bored, keeps my muscles stronger (even the ones I am not normally using) and loosens me up from sitting in a chair all day.
