Default bowel function

hi Lucy,

*

I have bowel problems to and I am 25 years old. I am on a bowel care plan. I take some medication (soflax works for me)*that helps me to go when I really need to. I also wear depend, tena, disposable underware so I dont mess the clothes I am wearing. When I was younger, I used to do enemas alot.*I hope that helps a bit. Maybe try something like that and eat a high fiber diet.*Good luck.
