Default Did you find out your child had abnormalities after a normal CVS or amnio?

My son was found to have severe brain abnormalities after our CVS came back normal.
We got a CVS early with the intent to abort if our child was severely abnormal per the CVS results,
as he was our 4th child. We didn't have any indication there was something wrong with him until almost 30 weeks, when he was born too early and in NICU for 2 months.
We felt an abnormal child would take away from our ability to care adequately for our other 3 children.
What about you? Did you have a false sense of security with CVS or amnio testing, only to find your child was challenged mentally or physically at birth?
