Kidney beans
Fortified Breads and Cereals
Sunflower Seeds
Tomato Juice

Out of all of those the only thing I could stomach when I was pregnant was sunflower seeds Oh my heavens how I could eat bag after bag of those tasty little seeds. Sunflower seeds and Coke were my breakfast of choice.

I usually buy a sunflower in a grocery store and later eat all of it's seeds. I really like them!

I'm not actually sure about the correlation with pregnancy as the body compensates at this stage.
