Thank you, lucy sanders. My uncle lives in Ontario and he has a son with hydro. I will pass on the information to him. Information is power. As they say, "knowing is half the battle".

There is a lot of great information contained in that link. Even though I am not in Ontario, there are things in there that I can use for my nephew. Thanks for posting this. I am going to pass it along to my brother.
