Gummies are another option (that is what I am on).
However, gummies don't have iron in them, so you would have to take iron separately, or eat a lot of spinach/leafy greens or red meats to make up the iron.

I have always wondered with the same question if there could be an alternative other than swallowing this huge pills, it would be owesome, but it seems as if there is not.
