Canada sounds like the more ideal place for healthcare. Although I would consider to look at the Affordable Healthcare system to see how much you have to pay on insurance premiums.

You need to make sure that you read up on everything that could potentially effect you by moving, particularly as you have a health condition. Make sure that there is sufficient healthcare in the area that you wish to move to, because you don't want to be in a strange place and unable to get hold of the care that you so desperately need. In addition to this, it might help for you to get in touch with some local doctors who could help to advise you of any specific issues that may arise. It is unlikely that your health condition would stop you from moving, though, so I don't think you need to worry too much about that.
