Default exercise - stomach area

Hi everyone

I am looking for some advice with excerises for the stomach.* I am a wheelchair users, i do sit ups but i find them a pain to do.

Any other things i could do to help shape up the stomach area?

I would advise twisting your midsection from side to side if you are always in a wheelchair. Try bending over at the waist a few times, that is like doing it ups in a chair. If you want a toned midsection avoid carbohydrates, especially simple carbohydrates. That means avoid bagels, white bread, muffins, pizza and cheese.
