          Screening & Discussion, 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Springtide Resources and Ryerson Disability Studies invite you to an evening of film, food, and conversation all about sexuality, disability, and personal support.

In 2009 the Sexuality and Access Project began working to start public conversations about how sexuality and sexual health come up in the attendant or personal support relationship. They produced two short documentary films on the topic which we will be screening. Following the screening we will have a panel of folks who both use and provide attendant services to talk about their experiences on and off camera.

There will be small group discussion, food, and we promise at least a little fun (okay maybe a lot)!

This event is free to attend but you must register in advance. In order to accommodate access and keep the space as comfortable and safe for folks we’re keeping numbers small.

This space is wheelchair accessible.

Attendant Support and ASL interpretation will be provided.
